Tracy has over 5 years of experience assisting founders and senior executives of early stage, start-up companies. Over her career she has supported in several key areas including marketing, events & promotions and business operations. However, her primary focus has been in the area of investor relations. As the Manager of Investor Relations in her previous roles at LYFE Kitchen Retail, Inc., LYFE Kitchen Retail (Canada) Trust, and Luvo, Inc., she was responsible for investor relations back office processes, auditing records, investment compliance, executing closings, ensuring accurate and up to date securities commission filings, and managing business, exempt market dealer and trust companies relationships.
