Paul is a professional business leader with 30 years of results-based experience in the private sector. Starting his career in manufacturing, he progressed up through the ranks, holding positions as: Market Development Manager; Territory Sales Rep; Sales Manager; General Manager; Division Manager and; Business Director. Having lead vibrant sales and operations business units in both OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and distribution, Paul held full Profit & Loss accountability in each. With his background in multiple business disciplines, he has a working understanding of the optimal balance and strategy alignment between Manufacturing, Research & Development, Product & Market Development, and Customer Sales to achieve sustainable positive EBIT results. Most recently prior to joining Equifaira Advisors, Paul held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing, Canada for Weyerhaeuser Company.
