Norris has been a professional manager for over 30 years with a background of executive positions in logistics, operations and technology across Canada, the U.S. and overseas. This included 15 years as the Co-founder and President of Enterprise CodeWorks, a software development and consulting company with clients ranging from start-ups to multinationals. Norris holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and has been with the Equifaira team from the beginning. His entrepreneurial and business analytical experience brings a deep understanding of the issues challenging Equifaira’s clients in their early and growth stages.
