Asghar’s career spans with leadership roles in global blue chip companies across industries in North America and Asia. Working within public and private enterprises, he has driven shareholder value as well as long-term growth. He has held several senior roles in manufacturing, telecom, consumer goods and professional management consulting firms in developed to emerging markets. Until recently he was the Regional Head of Strategy and Business Development for PepsiCo, leading a $2B portfolio of 18 businesses in 14 countries across Asia Pacific, with primary focus to develop and lead strategy / M&A. He has also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at PepsiCo in South East Asia managing 10 business in 8 countries. Before that, Khan worked in senior Finance and Planning roles at Rogers Communications Inc. Asghar has also served on the boards of various MNC’s in Asia Pacific. He is a member of CIMA Australia, holds a Bachelor’s degree from Albright College and a Master’s degree in Finance from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
